i started the box for my boss' sons truck yesterday...heres some pics.

just use a flat baffle for the front. will save you lots of fiberglass and time. use muchos kittyhair on the inside edges to ensure a nice firm bond //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

a quick way to get a nice solid inside instead of using 8 layers of glass is mixing resin with some aerosil powder (resin thickning agent) and plastering the inside of the box with it- this way you dont have to put down 5 layers of glass on the outside of the fleece or the rear mould.

just get some of that resin thickening agent stuff - called silicia somthing - and mix 50\50 with resin\mkep and do a 1\4" layer on the inside of the fleece (if you dont use a mdf baffle and use fleece instead) and you dont need to glass the fiberglass box.
