FI Q cut-out size???

Building a ported box for my Fi Q 12 that i just bought..

I dont have the sub yet, but im building the box tomorrow. How big should i make the cut out for the sub?

Sub OD: 12.5'

Cut ID: 11.125'

what do these numbers mean?

That is the cut out you need.
