Scott and Nick has had my btl motor since April 28, and I have been told 3 time already that it was going to be ready by such and such time. The last time they told me it was going to be fixed was 2 weeks ago, and I have emailed them twice with no response so far.

Now don't get me wrong, Scott and Nick are both great guys in my book, but I wish they would step it up with getting back to customers, and finishing subs when they said that they would be finished.

uhm if i was you dude. i'd go to the SSA forums and read there feedback. they are all happy once they get it, but getting it is the problem.

hmm...both times i ordered from Fi I got my Subs within 2 weeks.

FI Subs are amazing, actually uploading some vids right now. I love my FI Q, i would put 2, but dont think my hatch will be able to take the punishment, its already suffering right now lol.

I read many reports of broken tinsels. Have you contacted FI about this? Will they repair it for free?
