cone area of a 5.25 subwoofer?

got 7 of them so far looks like... long way to go. I've never seen a ribbon tweeter, what's the concept with that?
very low inductance and moving mass. They are very effecient usually upper 90's-110db's 1w/1m. They also play all the way up to 30khz usually.

 
isnt cone area something like , radius x pi ^2?
