Fi Audio 18BL warranty issue - failed after an hour of use

FYI - I sent a link to this post to my contact at Fi to allow them to justify their stance and to be fair. I disagree with talking about someone "behind their back". They have their reasons and are welcome to share.
I had an issue with a Fi subwoofer a long time ago. Failed within 10 seconds of playing, so I sent it back to them to check out. Blamed it on me, quit returning my emails, and was only able to get a response through their forum. Finally got the repaired subwoofer back over a month later.

The moral of the story is, Fi doesn't like to replace subwoofers. They make a nice product most of the time, but if you have issues with it, be prepared to fight for that warranty.
