Linked Power Ratings @ 14.4VDC
2850 Watts RMS Linked @ 4 Ohms
3400 Watts RMS Linked @ 2 Ohms
What does linked power mean?

Whats would the rms be at 1ohm?

What would you expect to pay for this/ whats another amp with similar specs?

Code:
1 Ohm / 2 Ohm Stable Linked

not mentioning name, these came off the website.

edit- i trust the brand, i have friends with this brand, but as soon as i say it, it will be blah blah.

When strapped, they are probably not stable at 1 ohms.

Similar to the Kicker SX series.

- SX1250.1 is stable to 2 ohms when strapped.

- SX650.1 is stable to 4 ohms when stapped.

Each FJL-1611d is rated the following at 1 Ohm load:

12.6V - 1250W RMS

14.4V - 1600W RMS

...it's in the product manual on Fusion's web site.

It is a two channel amplifier, and doesnt list a 1 ohm rating... That means it is not 1 ohm stable. It does, however, do its highest power rating bridged at 4 ohms; and if you have a setup that can be wired to 1 ohm then it probably can be wired to 4 ohms also.

If it is for a substage, I wouldnt reccomend it. Multiple channels are not needed, and the technology used for them is generally less efficient than a class D single channel amplifier.

I would be willing to pay under $200 for an amp like that...

You strap 2 of them together! Just like Kicker SX mono amps. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
