Few questions

1. Not bad..but there are probably better options for your money..unless you work at BB and get a nice discount or something.

2.Depends on what sub(s) you get, and their RMS and ohm ratings

3.Again, depends on how much power consumption your amps require. For a pair of RF P1's, and whatever amp you pick for them, I don't think you would need a 2nd battery.

1. Are RF 12's P1 good subs?
I haven't heard any in a decent install so I cannot say for certain. I have only ever heard any in a Best Buy display room. From that meager bit of experience with them I was unimpressed.
2. What would be a good power source?
Meaning what? You mean what would make a good amp for a pair of Fosgate P1s? They're rated for 150w RMS, IIRC, and are single 4ohm coiled so you'd want something that would give you 300~350 watts @ 2 ohms.
3. Would i need a 2nd battery for my amp?
There are other steps you would take long before you got into installing auxilliary batteries such as upgrading your "Big 3" under the hood and/or getting your alternator rebuilt or replaced with a high output unit before you might need to worry about a second battery. Additionally - if the only amp you're going to be running is the one to push a pair of Fosgate P1s then the stock charging system should easily support the needs of the car itself plus 300 or 400 watts worth of amplifier.
