Few questions on a High low converter

After 4 hours of trying to take out my head unit i finally got it. (man ford REALLY does not want you to get into anything on this car)

Now, I noticed on the high low i see a gain controll.. i'm not sure what to set it at for the high low. I know the amp setting but on the highlow i have no idea.

Also any one know where i can get a JL sticker /w a cross running through it
