FB Audio is now in the US

Your way off papermaker. We all know continuous is also rms....peak is only a few seconds. So what's your point? He sayin' the driver can handle up to 5000.

Can't wait to see shizzzon back you into a corner again.

when you build drivers you know better. a true RMS figure means at least 8 hours continuous. even the largest coils would struggle to take 3000 continuous for 8 hours. if it said music Id say sure after rise and on something dynamic its possible.the entire community is getting blinded by ******** for sales. not saying they are bad but a true 6kw RMS hll no.

If i had to rate a drivers input power Id rate it for music which is what we commonly see for most drivers. if Id list a true RMS spec Id be **** sure it took it for at least 4 hours.

If I rmember correctly, you didn't build your own driver so again....how do you know w/o actual testing? Just talkin' out your *** again.

Are you ducking retarded? I literatilly put the driver back together with parts I got from a build house and I personally modified!

Note I also stated it was around 2k RMS. Its taking a 3600 with clipping on a stock electrical system and sounds better than nearly every driver I've ever heard.

I'm not talking down on the product just the fact that you have to becareful how you rate speakers because some ******* is literally try to put 6kw to them. Lol

might need to start a youtube channel and record each project you do because people on this site will never take your word for it but they will believe pics and vids. It would back up your own claims and show some product interest as well on your part, if you open your own line you will need marketing and these vids will really provide a solid foundation of what your company does and represents R&D wise.

That is the 5,000w single coil musical playable Neo 15.

Customer is about to purchase this driver. He mainly does FCBC which is 15, 30 and 45 sec averages back to back.

He will be running a single 15,000w amplifier to it.

We've already tested the amp on the sub twice on burp no problem.

So we will see soon if it survives 3x it's rated power on averaging from a custom single coil.

PS- it's also rated 30,000w 5sec.

very nice driver none the less but untill you abide by the standardized testing i don't believe it. none the less its no doubt a sweet looking driver..

is that a 8 layer 4" coil?

and i really dont understand why they copy DDs design its not really superior in any way Id actually much rather have a large steel topplate to absorb heat.

5kw rms? I seriously doubt it.

You're not going to win this battle here. Everyone really wants to believe that their favorite nuthug brand can handle that sort of continuous power because their buddy runs an amp with that rating to one. Just run with it and when people break subs it's because "clipping" or "didn't break it in".

You'd think in the days of the internet this sort of absurd marketing still wouldn't dominate the industry, but it does. Even companies that rate honestly get the reputation of "can handle double rated power". People throw around terms like "rise" and "RMS" not even knowing what they mean.... everyone knows just enough to be dangerous.
