Fawd06/Skip01 build log.....3.9cuft@31hz Project "No Prob"

Ok sooo me and Fawd06 were gonna wait for all his stuff to come in and build a 2 15 box but when ur looking at 2 SX 15s for any longer than a week u start to get anxious.....sooo theres a Usaci comp coming up at No Problem Raceway in Donaldsonville,Louisiana on Sat,so we thought we'd build something for 1 15 and see what it can do.

So heres the setup:

1994 Integra HB

1 15 RE SX Dual2

1 IA 20.1

3.9cuft@31hz(daily)/55hz(comp)

stock elect. maybe an Yellow Top we had laying around for the back.

Laying out the sheets of 2x4....only ones they have at a local Home Depot but easier to work with if u dont have a table saw:

Why not? You only need one or two screws per piece to hold the wood together. That little bit of screw will pull the wood just nicely and not split it much. Also, counter sink them about 1/4" and you will be even better.

i generally use 3 screws to hold it together.

Screws looked a lil short for doing,what we planned in the beginning, double baffle.Sooo its off to....yep u guessed it:

Soo be on the look out for some updates tonight...might make the box look a lil better but who knows.

Indeed freehand and read the last post...we were going to do double baffle top but in the end decided not to....soo we woulda needed longer screws.....i guess:crap:
