Fan not working in accessories mode

Sooo.. I just installed a Pioneer MVH-X395BT head unit in my 2002 Peugeot 206. Everything seems to be working fine, except the fact that when I turn the ignition to Accessories, the fan doesn't work. Everything else (windows, lights etc) works though. When I start up the car, the fan starts working again.

Any ideas?
