Factory Vs. Aftermarket crossovers

[NYG_84]

i picked up the pioneer premier ts-d series 6.5 components and 6x9 speakers

i wired it in my car with out the crossovers that came with the speakers...will it make a differance if i rewire it with the pioneer crossovers?

also i picked up a pair of kicker cvx-12's looking for a good amp but not too expensive thinking about hifonics brutus 1200..what do you think
