F150 box for 2 AW1206T

I just picked up 2 AW1206T subs and Im wanting to put them under the bench seat. I have a 1997 F150 ext. cab. Whats the best way to build the box. I know I have to have 7 inches of mountin depth. I also know I have to lift the seat up to and the box has to be ported. Im usin 3/4 mdf broad.

When you get and answer to this let me know..im going with some kicker L7's...down fire boxes just dont impress me very much...
