Good batts for the price are Juicebox agm,Duracell agm,energizer agm,deka agm...

To add to that list super start platinums from O'Reilly's are decent as well assuming they are still made by East Penn.

To OP:

AGM is just the type of battery.

As far as the RF weren't you the one buying it used for 500? In my opinion you're going to have a hard time beating that price and it will hold resale value extremely well. If you don't like it you will have no problems flipping it.

They may be a bit power hungry for their rated impedances, but when you're comparing them to a Korean you're going to run below 1 ohm there's not going to be that much difference.

I'm still confused on what kind ofbattery. I was told my friend about kinetik or xs power ? I'm assuming those aren't ''agm''..And where is good place to buy alternators ?

XS and Kenetik are both AGM.

Just by Exide or East Penn Deka though

I've heard 55ah of battery per 1000watts, i've also heard to match max battery amperage output to rms wattage. I don't think there is really a formula to use to know how many batteries you're going to need. It's kind of a experience will tell you thing.

Amp hour is the amount of amperage the battery can put out before it discharges. Which deep cycles are great at bug have much lower discharge rates. I'd run a typical high cranking amp srarting battery unless your running the system with the car off..

You can get a Deka or Duracell group 31 AGM for the same price. They're twice as big and will obviously crank more, plus have tons more reserve.

XS power makes great batteries, but I wouldn't buy them unless I was a serious compeditor who would get them at dealer cost. There are cheaper batteries out there
