Explanation please

ok so I am getting what you are saying here but what are hifonics amps? but in your explanation i dont get whether the lower ohm means less resistance or higher. can you give me any examples? or is TMali idea on a 5 channel amp ok? I dont mind it, its just when I was at a car audio shop and then best buy they both told me with my kind of budget and my plan down the road it would be best just to get a separate amp and stuff. but i would like a clean setup as TMali said.

Ok wait so lets say i go with the hifonics 5 channel (if that exists) is that gonna need a special setup or something or like a special box? cause im having trouble enough as it is for a box to house one 10 sub and two amps to my liking. idk how to make one.
lower resistance equals more power. you don't have to listen to people turning you off of a brand because they don't like it, if you like it that's all that matters. You would wire up a 5 channel the same as two amps, just with less wires and you don't have to mount your amp on the box. Look up some of the box builders on here and see what they can do for you.

The tansaction works just like any other online purchase. Paypal if the prefered method of payment. You work out a design with the builder and a price. You pay, then you finals the design by oking a 3D model of the design. Then the builder builds it and ships it with in the time frame you both agreed too.

What kind of car do you have? Its fine to mix brands, I don't think there are many people here that only run one specific brand throughout their car. If they do, it usually seems to be higher quality, or more expensive/overrated stuff. The shops have a good point about having room to upgrade in the future, but they also want to sell you more equipment. Many people here will also say that you only need to power your front speakers and run the rear speakers off the H/U power. If you do this then you can get away with a four channel amp, using two channels for the front speakers and bridge the other 2 channels for you sub. You can always mount the amp on the box, build an amp rack, put it under a seat if it is small enough, etc.

Don't trust him! His wife uses double sided tape and it takes extra effort to get it off the box //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
So don't trust my wife hahahaha.... why do women not listen when you tell them stuff....

have you decided which speakers you are going to order? There are a lot of comps that are reasonably priced and a lot of coaxials for rear fill. Just search for budget comps.

Phoenix Gold RSD65CS are a forum favorite. I have used them with 75w and they are nice, good midbass and reasonably priced at $99 shipped.

Another

Crescendo Audio ccx65 seems to be another favorite. Good luck finding a set though they are sold out on the website. I tried to order a set to try out with no luck, but I have no experience with them. They do have good reviews and you might be able to find a set in the classifieds.
