i dont know about florda but TX is front 2 sides is 35%, back 2 is suposebly 25%(but not enforced) and back windshield is any %.

I have 5% all around(i dont have my front windshield completly covered just the top 5inches) Onyx tint FTW

Supposedly the front two sides legal limit is 35%. And the rear you can go as dark as you want. (supposedly)

I am gonna go back and get 5% put on the front windows cuz its not as dark as the back. The back is darker because I was told the stock window tint is inside the glass. So it looks darker than limo. I cant see out at night. I can see out the front two side window at night if there are lights nearby. But if I am in the middle of nowhere...I cant see shit.

I thought hot states tended to allow tint to reduce the amount of sun rays getting into the car heating it up. Guess I was wrong. I know someone that got a ticket for the window tint.

its a little bit different over here in my city down in the great state of Tejas...its 25% in the front and 5% in the back 2 and rear windows....man ive been wanting to do 5% all the way around but i cant get another ticket...some of my homeboys have 5% all around and havent got stopped yet for it, and its been like a year or 2...luck i guess

ive almost gotten tint tickets every time ive been pulled over, never been stopped just for tint though. i live in tampa, around my area they really dont care, but i know some areas that are hard on tint...and i have double 5 on every window cept the windshield, which is 5% all the way down with a double 5 glarestrip haha

most cops just look at me and dont bother cuase they prally think they would get shot or something lol...

but if i was a cop, i can see why they pull people over, with limo tint u can be doing anything you **** near please and no one could see...5% + some crazy *** dude with a gun = bad situation lol

but ya as of today i have not gotten one tint ticket ;-)

i never told the cop is was 10%. he simply said it was too dark. he used the little light meter thing but refused to show me how dark it metered

i bet mine wouldnt even meter...double 5 is like a black mirrior from the inside, and the outside its just disgusting dark, cant see in at ALL even with ur face on the glass, even in sun...i like it though:naughty:

weird thing is, i do nothing illegal, i just like the look outside, and the protection of stuff/interior inside

i know, i will hate any cop that tickets me for tint too, but i mean it is illegal lol...its like speeding, ur breaking the law...

well i got 3. all about 2 mnths apart. luckily i just payed the fine and didnt have to go to court. the fine was just 250 dollars. but they can charge u that much for every window that is elligal. what was funny is, that the 2 cops that stopped me, both have elligal tint. and chaeck this out, they have private cars, not blue and white like others. one has a white denali on 22"s and one had a cooc on 22"s both elligal tint all around. how the hell can they justify that. one day ill try and ask them if i can take a pic, and post it for all the members on here.

how do you know what cars the cops have? that cant be safe for them lol. 250 wow that sucks mines 73 as stated before

in hawaii, its 90% private cars. they have a single blue light on there roofs so that people know who they are. they get like 450 dollars or something like that from the state to pay for the car. they call it car allowance. lmao. but yeah, there are alot of blinged out cop cars. they also have to get some kind of upgrade package specifacly desinged for law enforcement. from what a friend of mines said( cop ) its a california hwy patrol law enforcement package.
