Equalizer Advice Required

Dear All,

I would like to buy an equalizer for my system:

- Kenwood amplifier 640W X 4 channel

- Kenwood 6" Rated input 100W (for front door)

- Kenwood 7" x 10" Rated input 80W (for rear - will be mounted beside the orginal subwoofer location)

- JBL subwoofer 1000W 10"

The head unit is the orginal (Pioneer) for Lexus ES300. I am planning to fix Alpine PXA H700, can I fix it or it must be with Alpine head unit? because I did not found normal input wires, its only optical! other advices are welcome.

Regards

Thank you very much, but as I see in the PXA H700 there is only 2 RCA inputs ! how could I connetc the 4 speakers from my orginal head unit?

You would need to use a line out converter with full range speaker outputs from the head unit or use a different equalizer. A line out converter will get you RCA out. The PXA-H700 and other DSPs will take 2 full range channels and split it as required.

Thanks for your reply, I think the PXA H700 will give me more choices to adjust the sound manually as I want, but is there specific type of RCA converter that convert the wires without losing the quality? or just I can connect the normal wires with RCA plugs?

I should be grateful if you could show me a link or pic for this product.

Thanks alot
