Kenwood DNX6960 garmin map upgrade help..

I bought the sd card with the update on it and it was mailed to me but nothing is happening when i stick the small sd card in to my dnx6960 unit...Is there any option on the head unit to go to after putting the sd card in the head unit?

contact kenwood....... we had to send the units away to get the maps updated.... may need to reset the headunit (discon pwr) not too sure
