Enclosure Build For SubinNCali

Question I've seen alot of ppl build a bunch of boxes. and they spend all the time doing 45's. Yet I see one area where no one does the 45 cut. If you look on the outside walls you have 45's. But at the last turn for the port on its way out of the box. There is a 45 on that wall but the inside wall where the subs chamber is. Its a 90. Kinda pointless. If you have all these 45's but at the point where you will have a large air load there is that nasty little 90 degree that loads up everything. Why not make that a 45 as well?

are you talking about the inside of the port?

also 45's in every corner can REDUCE teh output of a box by not allowing the proper loading of the sub woofer if you did not know.
