Reason I ask is because subs and port are facing same direction. It's much more common to have sub facing up with port to the back in an SUV. So I figured with this setup it'd be better in a trunk car, but most rear decks underneath the back window aren't usually higher than like 14-16" and that box is obviously atleast 18" tall hence the 18" woofer. Unless this is a sub up and port up deal for a pickup truck cab maybe?

he wanted sub up port up. its going into some kind of suv, i cant remember exactly what off the top of my head:crap: its 48.5 inches wide. yeah that brace helps out alot and the box is very solid. a router make a world of difference in enclosure building

I have a trunk car.. My box is 18.5 inches tall fyi.. i have 36.5 wide and 32 deep available.. this is in a tiny little altima
