Email notifications for post quotes

I am constantly getting email notifications every time someone quotes me on here even though I have it set to NOT do that in the control panel. I tried toggling it to ON then back OFF again but it's still sending them....getting pretty annoying

agreed, notifies me of post quotes but not pm's, only when pm box is full.
