how good are the k-series subwoofers? are they good in both SQ and SPL or are they only good in one ? and is there better subs for that price?

for the dollar, there isnt really anything that can match them in a combination of SPL and SQ...

the Adire Audio Shiva wont get quite as loud, and wont sound quite as good..

there are louder subs in teh same price range, but none that balance the same SQ and SPL.. (the K's can get extremely loud...) and still sound great...

we all know that the first suggestion would have to be a jbl of some sort 600.1 or 1200.1 you pick or i tsunami i think it is

Very. It doesnt matter if your shooting for SPL or SQ, the K will do both.
