Elemental Design Sub?

Currently I have a 12" MA Audio, and now I am starting to keep an eye out for an upgrade in sub. How is Elemental Design for SQ. I was looking at the AlpineType R but a someone tossed ED out at me. Looking to stay below $200 for a 12" SQ sub that will handle 400-500 W RMS.

grab a IDQ12 should be around $200 range and hella good SQ. Might be hard to find one tho.

I have been looking for the mythical Image Dynamics, and you are correct, not easy to find.... will keep my eyes peeled
