Electrical Whine.... Can It Be Fixed?

Okay. Running 2 Sundown SAZ-3000s and another older Kenwood, JVC headunit. When I turn on my car, I get a whine and sounds like a really small fan spinning really fast. High pitched and annoying as hell. The sound DOES NOT go in and out or become louder as I accelerate. It is a constant high pitched squeal. The guy at the shop said it might be the JVC, somethin with a signal noise from the RCA's but I don't know. Feel free to ask questions about anything in the car or me to help figure this out. I have like 6 bucks in paypal, not using it for anything, get this to go away and it is all yours.

we will go down the list...

1. What is the sound coming out of? speakers? subs? both.. find it first..

2. After you find it.. does it go away when you take out the rca's?

3. If it doesn't go away idk what to tell you except check your grounds..

4. Finally Does it only come on when the car is on acc? or ON? or does it do both?

answer those and I will go from there.. I had a similar noise.. like a high pitch whizzing noise.. check your h/u ground thats what solved mine
