Electrical upgrades

I have been doing a lot of research lately and there are a lot of differnt factors that play in.

What kind of car do you drive? Find out the size of your alternator and let us know.

Also you should at least do the big three as it is cheap and will help out a lot

every vehicle is different,

Some trucks come with dual batteries, high output alternators, and beefy wiring..

Others come with nothing bigger than a cycle battery, and a very weak electrical ..

Depends on what exactly you put in ..

Start with what vehicle you have,

and what you want to put in ..

It never hurts to upgrade your electrical .. so if you feel up to it .. spend a day doing it and learning your vehicle ..

I dont wanna do anythign eletrical if i dont have to. That's why i'm asking if there is a specific watt persay that you need to be at, before you have to start making electrical upgrades?

Dont know what subs im getting yet, but i would say under 3,000 watts.
I am guessing your alt is probably 70-90ish amps in an 07 camry.

I would not exceed 1000 watts without upgrading your alt and adding an extra battery.

Even at 1000 watts you will probably get a lot of dimming.
