I'm interested in hearing what you guys think is necesary to power this beast.

The next install I'm doing is going to have a max system draw of 488 amps. It'll reside in my friends 2001 F150. What should I do to up the power supply?

----------------------------------------------------------

HO Alternator

How many amps?

Who to go with? There seems to be alot of debate over this; irragi, mean green, excessive amperage, etc...

Batteries

Should I go with two?

What brand? Optima? Who else?

Big 3

Dual 0 gauge?

The stereo will be used mostly for music and occasionally showing off what it can do.

Thanks for any advice, I've always been more of a SQ guy so I've never done anything near this amount of power so it's time to get some research done.
