Electrical Question

Alright...pretty much I need to know if I'm going to be able to run my system continuously WITHOUT problems. I have a 300A Singer Alt, Optima Red Top up front, four Deka 9a31's, two Kicker 850.4s, two Audiopipe 3000d's, 2 Crescendo 6.5s and 2 Crescendo XST2's per door, and two custom AQ HDC3 motors that I had built. All of this will be going in a 2001 S10 Xtreme on August 31st. I will have three Stinger volt meters, one on my front battery, one at my battery bank, and one on the amps. I will be driving 350 miles one way to school and I just want to make sure I will be alright playing loud the entire way without something getting smoked.

Well your electrical seems ok. The amps may or may not hold up to that abuse..but everything else seems ok.

More worried about the electrical than anything else really...I can get brand new Deka 9a31's for $158 a piece so adding another isn't that big of a deal.

Your electrical should be fine. When I had a single 300amp alt on the blazer I was running an AQ 20k for a while with no issues. Only had a few Deka's at the time(6 total)..switch to batcaps later on but over all they worked decently well.

Did you gain going from the 6 deka 9a31's to the batcap, I'm guessing, 4000's?

Dekas are ok I have 5 they do decent wish o had the deep pockets for xs I would add an extra deka or two but decent electrical
