Electrical for stetsom 7kd

I bought a stetsom 7kd(16 volt version) Im not running it @ 16 volts though just a normal 12 volt set up.(Daily) Powering a DC LEVEL 5 18

What would it take to power this beast daily?

I am in the process on ordering a 250 amp alternator from DC Power. I am doing 3 runs of 1/0 Fleks(neg and pos, from front to rear)

I already have a d3100. I know Ill need more batterys in the trunk so im planning on ordering 2 more batterys(DEKA Intimidator 9A31)

Would this be enough or should I order 3 dekas instead of 2?

Two of this will go under the hood.

I ran mine at .5ohm daily and it loved it... I had a stock 105 amp alt and a stock battery up front and 3 stinger SPV70's in the rear. Seemed to hold up pretty good

1ohms is good but .5 be careful. You'll be good at 2ohms with your electrical and expect about 2500w. At 1ohms you'll need to step up the electrical a bit battery wise. For 1ohms equal to 3 group 31batteries you'll be good.
