Electrical Connector on box-before or after?

So I'm making progress on getting the Atlas 15 in my Jeep. I have the plans for my sealed box(Atlas helped out a ton) and im going to build the box this weekend with 3/4"MDF. I have no trouble with building, however my two questions are:

1) Do you cut the 14" hole before the box is put together?

2) Do I cut and mount the electrical connector for the sub before or after the sub is put together?

also-where can i get the connector(or whatever it is called)? Do i need a certain one? Does Best Buy or Radioshack carry them?

I wouldnt cut or drill any box when the sub is in there, all that dust and sh!t floating about in the box with the sub.

Just cut all your holes first, put in the terminal cup, clean the box out good (all the saw dust) connect your wires and drop in the sub.

And thos "connectors", Im assuming you mean terminal cup. Dunno where to get them, its cheape and easier if you just drill a hole for the wire, and seal it up good.

what happens when i need to take the box out for space reasons? that would cause a problem right?

Well, if the amp is easy to get to and easy to undo the speaker wire, it wouldnt be much of a problem, but if you take the box out a lot for space I would stick a terminal on it for convenience(sp)

Pretty much whatever you want to do, not much of a difference anyway.
