probably because half the people that say eD blows, has never owned them. I have heard the flat cone A's i believe it was, and loved them as far as output AND sq, to my ears. My nine.1 was and still is a nice amp (ask pesteele).

i only have two things against eD

1. Stop BSing...daym it...f#ck! if your stuff doesn't make it on time, something weird to do with customs or some crazy other shit happened...its ok if it happens once or twice but i've had a couple occasions where it happended to me and to many other people...

2. Stop it with this pre order crap when the date they actually come out is about a year after the first initial estimate of when it was suppose to come out...i waited 9 months for the 16kv2 and 7 or so for the 19Ov2 then i said f#ck it...give me my money back...

Other wise i've had good luck with their other products...don't hate the products, for the price, i think they are very hard to beat...hate the people if you will...not the products...

It's due to the high roll surround. Any subwoofer using a high roll surround (IDMax, for example) is going to have that.

It has no affect on performance for subwoofers.

It's due to the high roll surround. Any subwoofer using a high roll surround (IDMax, for example) is going to have that.
It has no affect on performance for subwoofers.

X2! Some other drivers that dont have the Hi-roll also do that.
