Thanks for your input, guys.
Truth is, my monthly payment is only $52.xx. What I'm pissed about is that they cancelled on me WITHOUT notice. Since they did that shit, I want my money back. I don't give a **** if they said that they would have covered me during that month. The fact is, the would have been obligated to because they ****ed up. They cancelled by mistake and did NOT notify me.
****. The agent cannot understand that no one back pays to insure the past. Insurance is bought to cover the future. Who the **** cares to cover the past, especially if nothing happened?
And no. No accidents occurred since I've had a policy with them. I think it's time for me to jump ship to another company.
My father has been a customer of State Farm for years for the sole reason that when shit happens, State Farm doesn't **** around. They get their shit done. When I was involved in an auto accident way back in 2006, State Farm did a brilliant job of providing for repairs. Turn around time was roughly a week, IIRC. They awarded both parties a generous amount of money. During this accident, my other car was insured full coverage under my father's policy and it was my fault. I just worry that cheaper places like Geico will **** me over if shit happens. I hear it all the time.
