OK... I picked up a 15" MMATS Juggernaut from adrian1185 on here quite a little while back. When I got it I checked teh coils and one was like 1.38 and the other 1.49 or so. I also hooked it up to an amp and it worked fine there too. It then sat in my office in a box for a few months as I was trying to sell it. I ended up putting it on ebay and it sold for $265 plus $35 shipping. Payment was due within 72 hours of auction end, I sent him an invoice with no response. I sent him a message and an invoice every day (after the 72 hours) for over a week with no response. So I filed a non-payment claim and relisted it.
about Two days later he finally paid me through paypal. The day I shipped it out I took it to the local shop and had it tested and it was good again. I sent it out to hi and he got it yesterday. Today I get an email saying he wants a refund because one of the coils is blown. I told him it was checked by me and a local shop and checked good both times. He said he has another Juggernaut that has a blown coil which is why he bought this one so my theory is that he is going to try and pass his blown one as the one I sold him and try to get a refund.
What do you think the chances are that I will be ****ed out of $300?
