Ebay Problem

I'm not stupid I know it's a scam I'm not sending anything to him. I've never sold anything on ebay before. I suspected it was a fake paypal email thing because I know what paypal emails look like because I've sold on here before. I was just asking if there is anything I could do aside from email ebay.

Go ahead and email them, they wont do a thing. This is all to common on ebay. Just relist it, and put restrictions on your auction such as only people with certain amount of feedback can purchase, or paypal immediately. That way, if they dont pay through paypal at that exact moment, the auction doesnt end, and nothing can be done.

It's a scam...fake paypal e-mail...same exact thing happened to me when i was selling my 360 on ebay.
do not ship the laptop until you have money in your paypal.

x2, when I was selling my psp some ass did the same thing saying that the money will be in the account once the item gets shipped. I clicked on the paypal link and it went to a yahoo page, at that point I called paypal and they told me that they dont do business like that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif . Send him a response stating that you are on the way to the shipping address to kill him and his family.

Yea, just ignore it, relist it like suggested. It doesnt prevent **** like this, but atleast for me, ive noticed it not happen as much.

To do what? They wont do anything specifically for him. They most likely get a ton of complaints about this **** every day. The best way to deal with it is set your auction up properly and just be smart.

just because it's wat they are there for. he knows it's a fraud he's not sending the item. when he forwards it they find the source and the next person hopefully won't have the same problem.

Ummm, why not CALL eBay. There is a special gadget that has been around for over a century. It's called a telephone. It does this neat little trick where you can talk to someone through this special device and get instant verbal communication. You should try it sometimes. I get a kick out of it every time I use it.

I would send a box of bricks postage due. Tell them that you said no Nigerians, but you will send if they pay postage at the end. Then send 50lbs brick. Then email him the tracking number.

That way it costs them cash for a brick.

why send 50lbs of bricks.. das a lot of money for a gag.. sending a bag of human **** is worse and super cheap.

where you going to get 50lbs of bricks and a box sturdy enough to support the weight? das money right there. i mean, the common person doesn't have bricks laying around their household.

well, rocks would work well too. And a box? idk, have you seen some of the subs shipped on here? they weight like 50 lbs and are just thrown in a single layer cardboard box with some rolled up newspaper. I dont see any problems with that.

btw, its illegal to ship feces.

ok, for real, just box an old telephone book up. it must weight close to a laptop. and ship it over there.

And lastly, those Nigerians dont like to be ****ed with. They have ppl in the states to take care of problems if they arise. There have been cases of ppl being killed because they messed with them. No Joke.
