I believe you are not supposed to respond to a suspension notice. Try sending them a message the normal way, not by replying to anything, but just create a new message and see what kind of luck you get.

how did you keep in contact with them when your account was suspended?

I just logged in (and it would tell me I was not a valid user or some shit) and I would still be able to send messages to eBay help and what not. You can also chat with an eBay employee if you want to, that is what I did and it got shit done a lot quicker than the emails.

yea it tells me the same thing...how do you chat with an employee? that would be more helpful

i think i had the same problem you had. i listed some stuff for a friend on his computer at his house using my account and ebay suspended it. you have to go through this live chat crap which takes like 30 minutes and they give you your account back.
