he didn't even need to lie about the amp. i probably would have put in a bid or 2 if he were honest. planet audio is nice stuff.

Me too.

Its basically the same guts as a US Acoustics USA 2300 with a cheater power supply so it needs lower impedances to make the same amount of power as the 2300.

If he had been honest he would have gotten higher bids from the collectors.

I find his lack of English very appealing.

Does he specify that the amp is a 'cheater' amp, and is illegally modified, and is extremely dangerous to use for not only a professional, but any individual who is stupid enough to attempt to use it?

that makes like 8 reports in the last 48 hours, I wonder how long it will take ebay to get off their ass and do something about it... the reports combined with his feedback, the auction should have been closed already.

As for the amp, I agree it is nice but probably blown knowing this guy. If it is such a badass amp why replace it with a pair of Power Acoutik's LOL

Here's the interesting part, that particular model amp's color only came in white or grey. How did he get it that color?? And nowhere does it say in his auction the amp was modded. Ah, he responded to my email too:

THE AMP DOES THAT MUCH POWER AT A 16 VOLT SETUP. IF IT DIDN'T PUSH OUT THAT MUCH POWER THEN HOW WAS IT ABLE TOO POWER FOUR FI BTL 15 WITH NO PROBLEM AND PUSH THEM ALL TOO 3'' EXCURSIONS. I HAVE NO NEED TOO LIE. IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM AMP, DON'T BID...
