Dual amp wiring

I am gonna try something different with my amps instead of running a bunch of wires all over my truck, and need some advice before I start.

Equipment: 1 RF 4 ch amp 90rms/ch, 1 RF 2 ch amp bridged at 512 rms, 1 pioneer DEH P7800MP, all wiring by knu.

Remote turn on: Can I series wire the remote from my deck to the mono anp and then to the 4 ch amp?

RCA's: is there any way to run RCA's in series instead of popping everything out of the back of the hu to connect a fresh set of RCA's? I already have 12 feet running to the first amp, and I'm looking at another 10 feet for the other one.

Power: I already think I have a handle on this one, but...I got 1/0 ga running from the batt to a distro with 4 ga coming out. 100 amp fuse for the sub amp and 80 amp fuse for the 4 channel. this sound about right?

All grounds are set up and waiting for me.

Advice? Opinion?

Yes you can do thins

YOu cant do this because there are high range out put and low range out put preouts and if you put the high out put pree outs to the sub amp the high pass filters will filter out all of the signal and you would have not bass and vice versa.

Every thing is good here exept the fusing you need one big fuse right off the bat no more then 2 feet i would say. as for fusing for the amps i always do it but som people say not to bother because most modern amps have a protect mod that will shut them down if they are drawing to much. It is really up to you.

All grounds are set up and waiting for me.

hope that helps

I agree with the above except the RCA's. If you want to add a second set you can just by some Y splitters. Just get 2 of these and connect them to your first amp. You will then have 2 female rca's to hook up your other amp to.

You will have to make sure there are not crossovers etc in use on your HU. It would be best to run the second set off your HU so you can use the features that 93dakota mentions.
