I'm putting together an order for all of the wire needed for two amps and wanted to post this to ask if it looks sane.
Here are the amps:
1200 watt sub amp
125.4 watt front stage amp
16' 1/0 AWG Power Wire (battery -> distribution block)
10' 4 AWG Power Wire (distribution block -> both amps, 1 input -> 2 outputs)
6' 4 AWG Ground wire (each amp to car frame)
100' 16 AWG Wire for front speakers (mids and tweeters), subwoofer, and remote wire
4 channel rca cables
2 channel rca cables
16 AWG Distribution block for remote wire
1/0 to 4AWG fused distribution block for power
18 AWG distribution block for remote wire
1/0 AWG Lug to connect to battery
(2) 4 AWG lugs to connect to car frame for ground
1/0 inline fuse (close to battery) for power
variety of heat shrink
Does this look complete?
Thanks crew
I guess I could also buy extra length of 1/0 and 6 lugs to make the big 3 as well.
