Is there any good (panasonic, jvc, kenwood, clarion, pioneer) double din HU with dvd/navi or non navi but with a removable faceplate?..i want a double din so bad but I am afraid of getting jacked...lol

no removable face plates on double DIN'S ....but you can build a dummy face from a factory radio by disecting it and using the front panel its best to use a factory cassette double DIN

**** that sucks..when i had my acura i seen someone actually do the dummy face plate and it actually looked very OEM...If i had an extra OEM HU I would attempt this..****, that sucks...lol

JVC does have a DD unit with nav and a removable faceplate.

Most companies don't do it because it will still get stolen without the face. I had 2 stolen like that, and still had the faces for both.
