i'm going to be deadening my doors this weekend, and i'm getting the materials together now so i don't have any suprises. aside from using raamatt & ensolite, i'm going to cover the larger holes in the doors w/ some thin roofing metal. I will fasten the metal to the door and them raaamatt over that.
i've seen some people use an adhesive glue/silicone to keep the metal in place, and i've also heard of using some sheet metal screws, and also heard of people doing both. Are there any other methods to doing this? I would like to make it as easy as possible to remove these pieces in the future, so I was just wondering what other methods people have used. And to those who used screws, what length did you use? i'm worried that if i use too long of a screw, it will interfere w/ the raising/lowering of my window.
thanks in advance...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
