Anyone know of a work around to solve the problem of the door chime and blinker signal sound indicator being extremely loud after installing amplifiers and keeping the factory radio? It appears to be built into the radio function but no way to turn it off or down. I think it may only play on the front channels so I'm going to try and just use the rear channels.

Anyone have any thoughts or input? I really don't want to get rid of the stock HU as it controls a lot of other stuff and I want to keep a factory look.

I know my father had a Denali with a similar issue, he had no amp tho. A sensor went bad in the door lock mechanism. We simply unplugged the driver side door stock speaker and no more chime.
