we had a very nice bassinet, and a few other newborn - 9 month items for a child and we put a craigslist ad up for a "free for the taking" deal and we got all kinds of responses. gonna donate our newborn swing too since my lil one is nearing a year and has outgrown it (wish there was one for adults lol)

I enjoy helping people less fortunate also, i volunteer at a local retirement community, playing bingo ect, listening to them. and donate old clothes (nice ones, hollister, AE ect.) to the salvation army.

I guess first time you did this, I always donate all my daughters clothes and toys, quite a few times a year. Every year we get together on boostedmopar and donate to toys for twats. I usaully do $50 except for this year (laid off). Oh and one year we took an old couch to the salvation army, it had about half inch slit in one cusion. They wouldnt take it. I was like wouldnt someone rather sit on something than on the floor if they cant afford furniture, they still refused, so i drove around back and kicked it out of the truck into their alley. F them. It was a month old.
