on the G35 I can do it, gotta remove some stuff but I do it

Cost $10 more at a shop but I also check up other stuff at that time also

during school, usually not. Its just easier to run down to jiffy lube to get it done, college discounts FTW.

If i have the time, i'll do it, but if im cramped ide rather just pay.

allways done my own changes and every thing els that my cars/trucks need. iam a tech for lexus and have 4 bays to my self.

Here its $15 for an oil change and a top off on all other fluids. I pay around $45-$50 and do it myself. I use Mobil1 Full synthetic. May be switching to Royal Purple. Ive seen some HP and Torque tests where the Royal Purple gets about 10 more on average over Mobil1.

Mobil1 and Royal Purple use the same base stock for there oil.

The main difference is color. Most of the additives they use are the same.

If i'm not mistaken the only additive that is different is 1 for thermal protection.

11 dollars diff from what you pay is "ripping you a new one"?

I'd like too see the reciept for 29 bucks for oil change at dealer and time it.
