i have the following equipement;
kenwood ddx418
2x arc audio ks1000.1
2x image dynamics i2300
2x 10" Alpine type x subwoofers
stinger spv35 *rear battery*
1/0 awg xscorpion wiring
this pretty much all the equipement i can think of. anyways, reason im asking is because i have the kenwood ddx418 with 4volt preout front/rear. i had to use Y-splitter for the ID i2300 meaning splitting the front preout into 2volts each. and now im using 2x arc audio ks1000.1 doing the same thing with the rear preout. also splitting the rear to 2volt with the Y-splitter. im losing lots of volt?
should i use a line driver?
and can someone please tell me what a line driver does?
