5v peak/ 2v RMS RCA output on all channels

100 ohm low impedance pre-amp outputs

bass frequency adjustment - 60, 80, 100, 130, 150 and 200hz

bass q factor - 1, 1.25, 1.5, and 2

treble frequency adjustment - 10, 12.5, 15, and 17khz

sub x-over - 80, 120, and 160hz

sub phase - 0 - 180

sub level - variable

what is the input sensitivity of your amp, most like 8volts.

2 voltsrms is going to make you turn your gains up alot, its better to give the amp the full voltage it requires, also the line driver will help with interferance running into to rca's

Just because the maximum input of the amp is 8V, doesn't mean you have to give the amp the full eight.

2V just means your noise floor is going to be higher; whether that makes an audible difference depends on your install. If you can't hear interference at 2, going to 8 is just wasting your money.

Yes, I've read from several sources about not really needing them, but others say you must have them!

I'll hold off and try to get a very good install and then determine if I should get one. Thanks for the input...
