do I need 2 separate amps for my set up?

I'm planning my first SQ set up. I'm thinking of a Hybrid Ovation II 6 Component System for the front and a 12w6v2 in the trunk. My question is: do I need 2 separate amps or can I use a single 4-channel amp (switching it to 3-channel mode to run the set of speakers and the sub)? I know that this sub is dual 4 ohm (this means it can work either as a 2 or 8 ohm speaker). The problem is that most 4-channel amps I have seen have bridged output at 4 ohms...

how many speakers in thwe car will you have, run your speakers on channel 1 and 2. run your sub on channel 3 and 4 bridged

geta better sub then a w6 with dual 2

It really doesn't matter. Personally, I like separate sub amps. Just makes everything easier to work with IMO. Get a nice, big 2 channel to give yourself some breathing room.
