Do I have a decent sub? I have specs

Hi guys im a noob I have a 12 inch subwoofer with the specs:

qts=0.36

vas=56L

fs=26Hz

Re=4ohms

xmax=28mm (1.102 inch)

z=8ohms

qms=8.77

qes=0.37

spl=93.9dB

rms=450w

pe=900w

bl=18.00

dia=305mm (12.01inch)

sd=0.048sqm

I have no idea what most of these mean. I searched around and still don't know if this is a decent sub? Will it be good in a sealed box? Or better in a ported one? Thanks.

They are MAX speakers my friend gave me maybe 4 or 5 years old, they are canadian. No one has these so I don't know I can't find info on them. So all I can ask is do the specs seem good and will it work good in a sealed or ported box. I don't know if you can tell from the specs but thats what i'm asking. And also it has 2 75 oz magnets wraped round 150 oz total if that means anything.

Can I ask why they are crap? I can't test them out because i don't know anyone that has a 12 inch box that fits and don't want to commit to buy or build one if it's crap.

Don't listen to these jackasses.

It's sensitive, it'll handle 400w, 4 ohms, big xmax; And if you download WinISD or similar, you can graph the response of the speaker with those specs. It's probably just fine.
