Do battery terminal meters causing battery drain?

As the title reads, I'm purchasing battery terminals but for a couple more bucks, I can get the + with a built in digital meter....

It could definitely come in handy but I'm concerned that it may cause my battery to die if its constantly displaying the digital readout?

Ones like these:

Amazon.com: Raptor RGBTMP-4C Rose Gold Positive Battery Terminal with Meter (1) 1/0 Gauge (2) 4 Gauge (2) 8 Gauge Oututs: Electronics

Amazon.com: Scosche Pdbtd Digital Display Battery Terminal: Electronics

led amp draw is so minimal it wouldnt notice. thats like the led in car alarm lights they flash all night and the car still starts just fine in the am. an fyi they only stay lit as long as the voltage chanes.....they go off after about a minute of no door openings and stuff i thought the same thing when my friend put a cap in
