DMM and Battery

Well lately my battery has been discharging pretty fast, (My HC800), and I think something is up with it, but then again Im not sure. I have 0 guage wire coming to it from the front, some Im pretty sure its getting charge. So I decided to buy me another DMM, to save me some time. I brought one from AutoZone last month and the ish lasted two days. So if anybody can recommend one they brought, or why the hells my battery keep doing this, let me know.

i have one of their DMMs and it's awesome. ~$60 at sears i think

Fluke 87, is a good affordable meter. They have many available, great products.

i bought one from sears. craftsman one for 10 bucks works good for the price. im sure there on sale today.

I got a cheap one off Ebay, for like $14 shipped... it looks kinda like a Fluke, but it's a Fuke, an obvious knockoff, but it works pretty good. But I've seen some pretty nice looking ones at Walmart for around $20 or less... so just go there and get one.

Pretty sure I have the exact same one. Craftsman with a gray case. I've had it for a good 3-4 years and still works great. A friends son even chewed on the lead wires once.

what i would do first is go to auto zone and test that battery.

ya could be but mine has a red case though but i bought it last year. so far so good for the occasional checking my voltage and setting the gain.
