Questions: anyone willing to help with a design and cut sheet for this? Will be ran off of a hifonics brz1700.1 for now may go with more power down the road. I like songs in the 28-40hz range the most.

I don't think there's enough room for 2 15s in that car.

Doing a box 36L x 38W x 18H, 1.5" thick all sides, is 10 cubes before displacements, .53cuft for subs leaves 9.47 before port, I'm just not sure how big to make the port I think max width would be 5" internal, and 15" high not sure on length. It will have to be built in the trunk.

Just because you have x amount of space to work with doesn't mean you should be using all of it. You need space around the box so the air pressure can get into the cabin. If you don't have enough room around the box, you will loose output because the air is restricted from entering the cabin. Are you planning on walling off the trunk with the subs facing forward? Does the rear seat fold down?

Yeah I'm planned on sealing to the cabin subs and port facing into the cabin, trunk wall, seats fold down.

I just ran it that way to make sure there's plenty of air space if there were any slight variations in my messurements on the max dementions, most likely just double baffle. .75 on the rest.

That brz 1700 does how much power into 1 ohm?

1700rms at 1 ohm is what it's rated, but prob more like 1200-1400rms actual.
