Set the table saw to 45 degrees, 2 x 45 = 90.

In that case use a straight edge like a level and clamp it on the board and use it a a circular saw guide.

There's no reason your 3 Type R's wouldn't work. You have 7.6 cubic feet of airspace to work with before displacements. You may have to settle for 5.5 cubic feet or so, but that's not really a big deal.

I'd rather just use a single 18, though. You can make that cut with a circular saw, since most of them can cut angles.
